Sales Director - Semiconductors
Confidential Careers is seeking a highly accomplished Sales Director to lead semiconductor services business development in the U.S. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers, and establishing long-term partnerships within the semiconductor ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and grow semiconductor sales
Identify and qualify new opportunities and customers
Develop and nurture relationships with Engineering and Procurement teams
Collaborate with engineering teams to create customer proposals
Maintain accurate sales opportunity reporting through Salesforce.com
Deliver significant revenue growth
Contribute to a growing and ambitious business
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of proven experience in selling semiconductor services
Strong understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem
Good networking skills
Ability to act as a rainmaker—quickly identifying, engaging, and winning new accounts
Sales or Business Development experience in the Semiconductor or Electronics industry, preferably within engineering services, ASIC, IP, or EDA domains
A proven track record of delivering growth in an engineering services environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong energy, drive, and a desire to make a meaningful impact
Experience communicating with design engineers
A degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Administration
Ability to work remotely with travel throughout the USA
10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry or equivalent
Preferred
Based in California or Texas
Experience in selling semiconductor services, EDA solutions, or IP portfolios
