Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, and translate these into compelling design concepts
Oversee the development of design presentations, drawings, and specifications
Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design solutions
Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and public presentations

Qualification

Multifamily architecture experienceProject management experienceRevitClient communicationArchitecture degree

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Multifamily / Mixed-use experience
Client communication and project management experience

Preferred

Revit preferred
An architecture license is not required but is a plus
