The Deployment Strategist will collaborate with account executives and customers to provide optimal solutions, oversee technical proof-of-concept processes, and design products tailored to customer accounting workflows.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with account executives to manage complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Be consultative to customer and strategize the optimal solution for them to close faster
Conduct customer-facing activities such as technical discovery calls
Design and present tailored demos based on customer and business needs
Oversee and execute technical proof-of-concept (POC) processes
Design and configure Maxima’s products based on customers' accounting workflows
Develop implementation scoping documents for each customer that launches with Maxima
Work with the engineering team to build out integrations for different transaction systems like revenue, billing, accounts payable, etc

Qualification

US GAAP accounting principlesPublic accounting experienceExcel proficiencyGoogle Sheets proficiencyCommunication skillsInterpersonal skillsOrganizational skillsAttention to detail

Required

3+ years experience in public accounting or as staff accountant, accounting manager, or controller
Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Must have strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles
Extensive experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and other spreadsheet software
Strong knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and consultative skills
Well organized and able to multitask and execute multiple implementations simultaneously
Highly energetic, positive, and passionate team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation
Attention to detail and ability to make decisions quickly
