Responsibilities

Define and evolve Harmonic's product positioning and narrative to differentiate us in the cybersecurity and AI governance space
Lead product launches end-to-end, partnering with product, sales, and demand marketing to ensure field readiness and impact
Collaborate with content and demand gen teams on thought leadership, customer stories, and use-case driven campaigns
Partner with Customer Success to surface proof points, case studies, and testimonials
Continuously analyze competitors, market trends, and customer insights to inform positioning, create sales battlecards, and roadmap decisions
Act as the connective tissue between product and go-to-market teams, ensuring strategic alignment and clear communication

Required

6-10 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with security, AI / ML, or data products
Proven track record of launching products and driving measurable GTM impact
Experience creating positioning, messaging frameworks, and competitive analysis
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling, customer-focused narratives
Comfort in startup or high-growth environments; thrives with ambiguity and autonomy
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functionally without formal authority
Strong business acumen, customer empathy, and a bias for action

Preferred

Love owning the story from market insight → messaging → launch → revenue impact
Can zoom out to see the big picture, but also write the one-pager, build the deck, and brief the sales team yourself
Are comfortable building systems and processes from scratch
Thrive at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing
Are energized by being a founding member of a lean, high-performing team
