Responsible for the repair and upkeep of buildings and support equipment
Diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems
Qualification
Required
Experience diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems is REQUIRED
Apartment Maintenance Experience – Minimum 2 years required
HVAC Expertise – Minimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including heat pumps
EPA Certification – Required for handling refrigerants
General Maintenance Skills – Plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and more
Problem-Solving Mindset – A self-starter who takes initiative
Team Player – Works collaboratively with a passionate, skilled crew
Technology Savvy – Able to use MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
Excellent Communication Skills – Proficient in written and verbal English
Preferred
Bilingual is a plus
