Responsibilities
CL Account Manager will be responsible for servicing accounts currently within the agency
Maintain customer’s account on agency automation system, documenting conversations
Process incoming mail and phone requests, responding promptly and appropriately
Assist clients in submitting first reports of claims, facilitates prompt response from carrier staff and follows up on claims status
Actively review coverages for possibilities of rounding out accounts
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent certification
3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines (Must be Licensed in Property & Casualty)
Experience with Windows-based computer applications
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
A strong attention to detail with a passion for providing quality customer service
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a plus
