Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to secure top SERP positions across target markets in the BIM, AEC, and construction sectors
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-impact keywords that boost organic lead generation
Implement advanced on-page and off-page SEO tactics, including technical optimization and backlink acquisition
Monitor and update SEO performance across all Tejjy Inc. domains, subdomains, and microsites
Stay current with evolving SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and integrate them into ongoing strategies
Develop content strategies aligned with SEO objectives and target audience needs across global markets
Collaborate with internal and external writers to generate high-quality, informative content for websites, blogs, guest posts, and landing pages
Optimize existing content to improve rankings, readability, and user engagement
Track content performance using analytics tools and continuously improve based on data insights
Conduct regular technical SEO audits to detect and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, mobile responsiveness, and site speed
Implement structured data, XML sitemaps, and canonicalization for better SEO hygiene
Monitor performance through tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
Design and refine user funnels to enhance conversion rates and optimize user experience
Build relationships with influencers, publishers, and relevant portals to secure high-authority backlinks
Lead guest posting, media mentions, and citation campaigns to increase domain authority and search visibility
Create and execute ethical link building strategies that align with Google’s best practices
Spearhead the global brand enhancement of Tejjy Inc., focusing on visibility in key markets like the USA
Lead integrated digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
Oversee campaign execution across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Glassdoor, GMB, and trade event platforms
Manage brand mentions and optimize USA listing directories, trade show pages, and digital PR
Plan and execute tradeshow/webinar/web event marketing strategies to enhance brand reach and generate qualified leads
Stay updated on AI trends and explore innovative technologies to incorporate in SEO and digital campaigns
Provide strategic guidance to junior SEO/digital marketing team members
Regularly report KPIs, insights, and recommendations to senior management
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand communication
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field
Minimum 6+ years of proven SEO experience, ideally in the AEC, BIM, or MEP industries
Strong digital marketing foundation with experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, content, and social media marketing
Hands-on expertise in tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Yoast/RankMath, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc
Solid understanding of technical SEO concepts, site architecture, and user journey optimization
Demonstrated success in executing full-funnel marketing campaigns from awareness to conversion
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional projects and marketing teams
Preferred
Master's degree is a plus
