Providing Tier 1 customer service support to employees and leaders related to Payroll, Benefits, Integrated Absence, Employee Health and Safety, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Data Management, HRIS and Learning and Performance

Ensuring exceptional service delivery of Tier 0 and Tier 1 customer service within a complex organizational structure

Motivating a team, driving service improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally amongst all COEs to identify opportunities and resolve issues that meet and exceed customer expectations
