Follow up with, execute, and properly documents doctors’ orders

Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions

Document observations, interventions and evaluations

Qualification

Licensed Practical NursePediatric careNursing program graduationCurrent nursing licenseDocumentation skills

Required

Graduations for an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

A current nursing license in good standing in the state
