They are seeking a Business Service Representative who will serve as a liaison between Veterans seeking employment and the employer community, developing job-placement strategies to help Veterans secure meaningful employment.

Qualification

Required

A BA or BS degree in Social Work, Career Counseling, or other related fields
Education may be substituted with experience
Passion for working with and supporting Veterans is essential
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient multitasker with strong attention to detail and timeliness
Ability to take initiative, think creatively, and work independently while contributing to team goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Assertive, friendly, and adaptable with the ability to work flexible hours when needed
Primarily office-based with regular travel to employer sites, community partners, and workforce events
Valid Driver's License required

Preferred

Experience working with priority populations in workforce development, case management, career counseling, or related fields is strongly preferred
Military experience or working with Veteran populations is strongly preferred
