Commercial Banking Relationship Manager
Amplify Credit Union is the first provider of fee-free commercial banking services in the industry. They are seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to engage and serve commercial banking customers while upholding the organization's service standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate proficiency in the features and requirements of treasury management products and risk management practices
Exemplify service excellence for commercial banking customers, upholding Amplify’s service standards for its business members
Represent Amplify in the business community, advancing the organization’s reputation and cultivating relationships with prospective business members and referral partners
Lead prospecting, pitching and onboarding for commercial banking customers, from first contact through account opening and document execution
Cultivate relationships with Amplify teammates crucial to coordinating service across the credit union and facilitating internal referrals
Uphold all regulatory requirements and policies (including BSA, AML and OFAC)
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of relevant experience
Proficiency in managing a book of business
Strong understanding of the Central Texas business community
Work directly in treasury management / commercial banking
Deep knowledge of payments processing for businesses
High school diploma (or equivalent)
