Responsibilities

Creating and Maintaining Reports: You will design and build easy-to-use reports and dashboards in Power BI. You'll also make sure these reports are always working and up-to-date

Developing and Managing Data Pipelines: You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing ETL processes to ensure data is accurately and efficiently extracted from various sources, transformed for consistency, and loaded into our data systems

Automating Workflows: You will create automated processes with Power Automate to save our team time and ensure our data is accurate

Collaborating with Stakeholders: You will meet with team members and leaders to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and turn those needs into effective reports and solutions. You'll also communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences

Building Applications: When needed, you'll develop simple applications in Power Apps and Oracle APEX to help streamline our team's work

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects

Required

6-10 years work experience with data analytics, SQL and data visualization tools

U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts and must be based on U.S. soil

Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card applicable to your position

Technical Expertise: You're a master of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Oracle SQL and have experience with Oracle APEX. You should also be comfortable using DAX to create formulas

Problem-Solving Skills: You're the kind of person who doesn't give up. When something breaks, you're excited to dig in, find the problem, and fix it. You are resilient and willing to keep trying even if you fail the first few times

Communication Skills: You are a good listener and can clearly explain technical concepts to people who aren't tech experts

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
