Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and motion graphic producers, ensuring they deliver outstanding, brand-aligned work across all platforms

Partner with the Global Brand team to shape, evolve, and consistently apply our brand identity across campaigns, marketing initiatives, and corporate communications

Embed AI and emerging technologies into creative processes to enhance ideation, production speed, personalization, and content innovation

Develop and implement scalable systems, workflows, and design standards to drive operational excellence, consistency, and creative impact at scale

Champion a bold creative vision that keeps Publicis Sapient ahead of trends in design, storytelling, brand expression, and the use of AI in marketing

Serve as a strategic advisor to marketing and business leaders, ensuring creative outputs support business goals, brand reputation, and customer engagement

Foster a culture of experimentation and learning, encouraging the team to explore new creative technologies, formats, and approaches

Balance creativity with efficiency, ensuring high-quality deliverables are met on time and within budget

Continuously elevate creative excellence, setting a high bar for the quality of work produced across all internal and external brand touchpoints

Required

17+ years of creative leadership experience, preferably across both agency and brand-side environments

Proven success building, leading, and scaling high-performing creative teams

Experience partnering closely with brand and marketing teams to evolve and protect brand identity

Strong understanding of AI's role in marketing and creativity, with a track record of innovation

Visionary thinking paired with strong operational skills to manage complex projects and workflows

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience navigating matrixed, global organizations
