Global Business Operations Manager (Marketing focus)
Solvex Solutions is a fast-scaling global technology organization in the EdTech industry, seeking a high-impact Business Executive Assistant to partner with the Chief Marketing Officer. This senior-level role involves strategic leadership, cross-functional execution, and executive communications to drive marketing operations and support global growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the CMO
Own and drive strategic priorities, OKRs, and leadership objectives
Translate complex discussions into actionable plans with clear owners and timelines
Step in as the CMO’s proxy when needed in meetings and decision forums
Ensure continuity, alignment, and follow-through across leadership conversations
Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Brand, and RevOps teams to ensure execution
Drive cross-functional alignment and eliminate operational friction
Lead high-priority initiatives from concept to delivery
Establish structure and rhythm within the Office of the CMO
Provide strategic input across brand, communications, demand generation, and growth
Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
Partner with RevOps on dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting
Ensure data-driven decision-making across the marketing organisation
Draft and refine internal communications, leadership updates, presentations, and external messaging
Maintain consistency in the CMO’s voice and strategic messaging
Prepare board-level materials, executive briefs, and leadership reports
Communicate effectively across senior stakeholders
Manage executive calendar priorities and complex travel logistics
Plan and support executive meetings, off-sites, leadership summits, and events
Anticipate needs and proactively prepare briefs, documentation, and materials
Maintain confidentiality and operate with the highest level of professionalism
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, operations, consulting, or executive support roles
Proven experience supporting C-level executives, founders, or senior leadership teams
Strong understanding of the marketing ecosystem (brand, communications, demand, growth)
Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills
Demonstrated ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments
Strong organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management ability
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
Experience working with global teams and time zones
Proficiency in tools such as Hubspot, Notion, Asana, Monday.com or similar
Willingness and ability to travel 50+%+ internationally
Ability to work EST hours with flexibility for international coordination
