10+ years of experience in product management

Exceptional PM leadership experience (knows how to get the best out of a team and build the right team to help the business grow) and has built and led teams for the last 5 years or so

Who can take ownership and validate their existing roadmap

Experience leading a suite of products generating $25M-$50M ARR

Strong experience conducting competitor analysis (they are the market leader and want to continue to stay ahead of their competition)

A proven track record of successfully innovating in established products (using the latest AI tech), Workflow Automation, and driving growth in a B2B SaaS Co

Someone with experience in striking a balance between building for SMBs and satisfying Enterprise customers' needs
