Outside Sales Representatives
The Rustman Agency is expanding and actively seeking driven Outside Sales Representatives to help protect families with personalized life insurance solutions. In this role, you will meet with clients virtually, in their homes, or in your local community to assess their needs and recommend the right coverage.

Responsibilities
Meet with qualified leads in person, virtually, or in-home
Conduct needs-based assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Build long-term relationships based on trust, service, and integrity
Maintain and manage your sales pipeline with consistent follow-up
Represent The Rustman Agency professionally within your community and assigned territory
Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and coachable professionals
Life and Health Insurance license, or willingness to obtain one quickly
A desire to make an impact in your community through meaningful service
Preferred
Experience in outside sales, direct sales, or other client-facing roles preferred
