Responsibilities

Drive the evolution of the Stord platform by owning the complete lifecycle of new features: from conception and testing to iterative delivery
Contribute to and enhance both our robust back-end (Elixir/Phoenix) and engaging front-end (React) services
Partner with teams across the organization to gain deep insights into customer and vendor needs, develop effective solutions, and rapidly bring them to life through prototyping, iteration, and launch
Collaborate with a team of bright and driven individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional work
Engage with and solve a wide spectrum of challenging technical and groundbreaking supply chain problems

Required

A genuine passion for building exceptional software that provides outstanding user experiences
Highly effective communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively
A strong belief in the value of test-driven development and collaborative code reviews
The ability to adapt quickly and thrive in the dynamic environment of a startup
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Elixir or other functional programming paradigms
Solid experience with Model-View-Controller (MVC) frameworks
Experience in transforming design wireframes into fully functional production features
The ability to produce clean, dependable, and easily maintainable code
A strong intrinsic motivation to tackle and resolve complex issues

Previous startup experience
Previous logistics or supply chain experience
