Responsibilities
Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
Increase customer satisfaction
Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years' sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or high-value B2B sales experience selling into corporate or executive-level environments
Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field
Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
Passion for fitness, wellness, and innovation—you live the lifestyle you're selling
Solid experience with CRM software
Result-driven approach
Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
Preferred
Experience with B2B territory field sales preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
