Assistant Business Development Manager (Lubricants)
MVC Resources is seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Business Development Manager to support sales growth across East Malaysia. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing distributor relationships, driving revenue growth through strong business development and account management.

Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with distributors to maximize performance and achieve sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospects, and market segments to drive revenue growth
Manage existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships
Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and campaigns to meet business objectives
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve performance
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts; provide regular updates to management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or distributor management, preferably in industrial, petroleum, or related sectors
Proven track record in both hunting for new business and farming existing accounts
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
