Responsibilities
Handle inbound and follow-up calls with interested clients
Conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate final expense coverage
Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
Maintain client relationships and manage follow-ups
Use CRM tools to track calls, conversations, and performance
Qualification
Required
Excellent phone presence and communication skills
Self-disciplined, coachable, and goal-driven
Tech-savvy and comfortable using virtual tools (CRM, Zoom, etc.)
Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
Preferred
Prior sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus
