Responsibilities

Develop an understanding of cloud technology, AI and computing infrastructure user journeys, and customer needs

Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and technical writers to identify opportunities, define requirements, align solutions, and build great product experiences

Plan, create, and iterate content design that facilitates user interaction, navigation, and understanding across journeys and multiple interfaces

Develop a variety of high-quality content deliverables, such as UI text, information architecture, CLI/API language, terminology and taxonomy, tutorials, messaging strategies, AI content strategies, and content audits

Help develop and document content guidelines, patterns, and word lists, and contribute to a creative and collaborative UX team culture

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

4 years of experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, writing, editorial, marketing, or related, as well as leading content strategy projects

Experience on UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects

Experience designing UX content for enterprise products, especially for cloud infrastructure and related technologies

Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)

Preferred

3 years of experience interacting with executive leadership

2 years of writing, editorial, marketing, or UX writing experience in an agency setting

2 years of experience working in a cross-functional technology organization

Experience in UX design, information architecture, user research, and content strategy

Experience with design tools like Figma and generative AI concepts and applications
