Developing and implementing business development strategies: Identifying target markets, analyzing market opportunities, and creating plans to gain new clients
Generating new business leads: Networking, attending industry events, and using various sales and marketing channels to find potential clients
Building and maintaining client relationships: Understanding client needs, providing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction
Collaborating with internal teams: Working with the technical staff to look for and evaluate opportunities
Tracking progress and reporting on results: Monitoring key metrics, such as sales targets and growth projections, and reporting on progress to senior management

Required

10+ years of business development experience in the professional services space with specific expertise in engineering and science
