Agency Partner Sales Executive - UK, Remote
Wildix is a global leader in Unified Communications & Collaboration as a Service, seeking a dynamic Partner Account Executive to grow their Agency Programme. The role involves relationship management, channel sales, and managing deals from qualification to close, while enhancing Wildix's visibility across the partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Engage daily with TSD channel managers and agent partners to drive new opportunities
Qualify inbound opportunities, run discovery calls, and build accurate quotes/proposals
Manage the full sales cycle from qualification through close in collaboration with RCMs
Deliver short product and sales enablement sessions to activate and support agents
Maintain accurate Salesforce records, update pipeline stages, and prepare weekly forecasts
Coordinate partner activities with TSD marketing/channel teams, including webinars and events
Identify and onboard new agent partners within assigned TSDs
Provide timely follow-ups to customers and agents to progress deals
Collaborate internally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Partner Acquisition leadership
Attend occasional TSD or agent events (virtual or in-person) for training and partner engagement
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of B2B sales, channel sales, or agency-model experience
Ability to build and maintain partner relationships across multiple stakeholders
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Experience owning the full sales cycle from qualification to close
Strong understanding of Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Strong discovery skills and ability to identify/qualify customer business needs
A collaborative team player who enjoys working with partners and cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience working with Technology Solutions Distributors (e.g., TBI, Telarus, Avant, etc.) is a strong plus
B2B sales, channel sales, or agency-model experience (UCaaS, SaaS, telecom, or IT distribution preferred)
