Responsibilities

Serve as the product engineering lead, generating & maintaining product backend (test & assembly) trip tickets
Track/monitor program metrics (delivery & yield)
Resolve technical issues
Lead team efforts to drive cost and schedule improvements across a technology sector
Work closely with program managers, functional engineering staff (product, test, assembly, design, process, quality), and operations
Serve as the engineering POC for any product related technical and production issues

Required

Must have bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline with 9 yrs. experience or master's degree with 7 Years experience, or 4 years of experience with PhD
Experience with root cause investigations and corrective actions
Experience leading and implementing Design Changes and Process Changes through use of industry standard Change Controls
Must have general understanding of semiconductor processing
US Citizenship required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Preferred

Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Project Management experience
Yield enhancement or manufacturing experience including six sigma disciplines
Experience with JMP, Python, Tableau and/or other programming & data analysis software
Experience with Microelectronics Product ownership
Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering physical science disciplines
Understanding of analog, digital and RF device test and characterization techniques
Familiarity with semiconductor product qualification tests & industry standards
Currently holding Secret clearance
Cross functional experience in either a Process Engineering or Quality Engineering role
