Responsibilities
Support monthly/quarterly processes around close, forecasting, budget, and long-range planning functions across Datacenter Finance team and orchestrate more broadly across the finance organization
Support capital approval processes to support our growing Cloud business
Partner with engineering leaders on DC design, costing, value engineering and capital investments needed
Be a cultural champion for inclusion, growth mindsets, and establish culture and norms that support consistent quality employee and partner experiences
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field - AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
1+ work experience in a matrixed org
Preferred
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across teams and at all levels
Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to complex situations
Experience in process improvement / optimization is preferred
Proficient Excel modeling and prior FP&A experience preferred
