Customer Retention Sales Manager
The Rustman Agency is a fast-growing brokerage dedicated to helping families protect their financial futures. They are seeking a dedicated and strategic Customer Retention Sales Manager to lead their client retention efforts and manage a remote team focused on maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a remote team dedicated to customer retention and satisfaction
Develop and implement strategies to reduce policy cancellations and increase client loyalty
Conduct policy reviews and value-based conversations with clients
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client protection
Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and empathy
Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve results
Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to ensure continuity of the customer journey
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and team metrics
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or account management
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Comfortable managing remote workflows and using CRM platforms
Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
Preferred
Previous leadership or management experience preferred
