Contact warm leads who have requested information about our products
Conduct virtual or phone consultations to understand client needs
Recommend solutions that fit client goals and budgets
Guide clients through the application process
Maintain records of all client interactions in our system
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic computer skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Must be able to obtain a state life insurance license (training provided)
