Relocation Trade Sales Consultant
Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading service provider in the moving and relocation industry to recruit a dynamic Trade B2B Sales Consultant for a remote-based position. The role involves identifying new B2B business opportunities, building relationships with corporate decision-makers, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored solutions and excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities
Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities within the moving and relocation sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, RMCs, and corporate decision-makers
Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings, including occasional travel to client sites
Represent the moving & relocation company at industry trade events and conferences
Assess client requirements and propose tailored moving & relocation solutions aligned with budget and timelines
Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close new commercial agreements
Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery for new and existing accounts
Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, and moving client communication records in the CRM
Produce regular forecasts and reports on sales performance and revenue targets
Support targeted marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and generate new moving & relocation leads
Manage inbound enquiries and ensure timely follow-up to maximise conversion rates
Uphold best-in-class customer service standards, ensuring satisfaction across all moving client engagements
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated B2B trade sales experience, ideally within moving, relocation, logistics, or related services
Strong client-facing abilities with a proven track record in developing long-term commercial relationships
Experience managing a remote sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets independently
Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and structured sales reporting
Highly organised, self-motivated, and effective in a remote working environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
