Responsibilities
Define and drive patterns for managing and operating our services at scale
Migrate and adopt new technologies that drive efficiency and reliability
Deliver improvement options, data analysis, present proposals for change, requirements definition, and delivery of capabilities
Manage dependencies across teams to ensure that features land on time with the required scope across desktop, mobile and web
Engage with service owners to triage, prioritize, and address customer feedback for your area
Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap, as well as stay in sync with end-user features and service infrastructure
Track all defined deliverables from conception through launch, leveraging established processes, tools, and communications mechanisms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development + OR equivalent experience
2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development + OR equivalent experience
4+ years of program management experience delivering user-facing products and services
Experience with technical concepts, including the ability to write complex queries, insightful dashboards, and implement automation of workflows
6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
