Responsibilities
Evaluate embedded AI features within Oracle applications, customizing, and extending them to meet business requirements
AI Agent & Generative AI implementation: develop, customize, and deploy generative AI models and AI Agents for business process automation, data analysis, and decision support across the Oracle ecosystem
Collaboration & Communication: partner with Oracle application specialists and business stakeholders to understand requirements, research AI capabilities, and present technical solutions clearly
Monitor & Maintenance: implement monitoring strategies for AI and Automation solutions, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve model performance and accuracy
Documentation: create documentation for embedded AI, generative AI, AI Agents, automation workflows and integration processes
Continuous Improvement: stay current with advancement in Oracle AI/ML technologies, generative AI, AI Agents, automation tools and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, software engineering, data science or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of experience in AI/ML, generative AI, Agentic AI and automation solution development, with a focus on Oracle Cloud platforms
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, with strong experience in AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, generative AI, AI Agent frameworks, and statistical modeling
Experience with relational databases (SQL), Oracle Autonomous Database and/or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture
Experience building Automation workflows using Oracle tools, Microsoft PowerAutomate, UIPath or similar tools
Understanding of data governance and security best practices for AI applications
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills, including experience presenting to leadership stakeholders
Investigative and curious mindset, with the ability to analyze large datasets and uncover actionable insights
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in parallel
Create and maintain strong, positive relationships with business partners across the organization
Statistical, mathematical, logical and technical competencies as evidenced by translation of findings to business impact
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Detail-oriented, with strong time management, organization skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner
Preferred
Master's degree is a plus
3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud or other ERP/HCM systems (SAP, Workday, EBS, PeopleSoft) is a plus
Certifications in Oracle Cloud, AI/ML or automation technologies is a plus
