They are seeking an entry-level Technical Services Associate to support their Field Services Department, focusing on customer service, administrative duties, and understanding environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

Strong communication with internal and external customers while maintaining a professional attitude

Display leadership and teamwork among Technical Services Group by overseeing the team's daily required tasks

Work with the Technical Services Representatives to ensure high-level of customer service during job preparation and execution

Provide administrative support to Technical Services department

Collaborate with each New England Operations department to drive solutions

Develop understanding of the Environmental Health & Safety field and the state and federal regulations that impact the industry [Resource conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) & Department of Transportation (DOT)]

Assist in data entry for job paperwork in office

Organize and file environmental documents, including inbound waste profiles, profile approvals, and manifests

Prepare work-orders for upcoming field projects

Contact clients and schedule various environmental services

Track client shipment volumes and ensure reports are sent out to appropriate clients

Create client invoices based off job paperwork
