FSQA Technician 5 - 2nd Shift - Tyson of Rogers
Tyson Foods is a leading company in the food industry, and they are seeking an FSQA Technician to perform inspections and ensure product quality. The role involves documenting results, taking corrective actions, and maintaining safety standards within the plant.

Responsibilities
Performing physical and visual inspections of product and plant systems
Documenting and calculating results accurately
Taking corrective action when necessary (alert appropriate personnel to adjust process; identify, segregate, & isolate non-conforming product)
Report results to management
Any additional assignments requested
All team members are responsible for safety. This includes but is not limited to personal safety and food safety
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year experience in the Fresh Meats industry required or other QA type experience
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork
Ability to lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce
Good problem identification and problem solving skills
Math and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret product specifications
Must function well under stress
Must have flexibility to work where and when needed
Position involves heavy lifting (70 lbs. or more)
Preferred
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
