Responsibilities

Grow the customer base and drive branch profitability by building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering value-added plumbing solutions that meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a 90%+ customer satisfaction score
Engage customers through proactive outreach, accurate quoting, and timely follow-ups to ensure project success and repeat business
Achieve regional targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect the Reece standard
Master Reece product lines and sales processes or quickly learn and apply product knowledge to lead customer conversations with confidence
Build relationships and embrace Reece values through trust, consistency, and solution-focused engagement that expands accounts and strengthens customer loyalty
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, deliver accurate quotes, and ensure timely follow-up that drives repeat business and customer satisfaction
Manage multiple customers, timelines, and priorities while ensuring seamless project execution and on-time order fulfillment
Monitor sales trends, forecast opportunities, and implement initiatives that consistently improve regional performance
Leverage expert product knowledge to recommend optimal solutions aligned with project goals and profitability
Support customers, strengthen relationships, and maintain a high standard of service

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management in a wholesale distribution, plumbing supply, or construction-related industry
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
Proficiency with CRM systems - Eclipse
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer value
A results-driven sales mindset focused on achieving regional targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect the Reece standard
Strong mastery of Reece product lines and sales processes—or the ability to quickly learn and apply product knowledge to lead customer conversations with confidence
