Develops, implements and manages the Organization’s culture, training and leadership development efforts

Ensures alignment of training and development plans with the organization’s mission, vision, values and operational needs

Ensures the organization maintains a pipeline of internal talent intended to meet current and future workforce needs, aligned with organizational priorities and needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development/Behavior, or related field

At least 5 years of experience working in talent or organizational development functions, developing or delivering training content for large organizations

Experience and skills in developing and delivering training materials in virtual and classroom settings in any of the following areas: Leadership Development, Performance Improvement and High Reliability, Patient Safety, Customer Service, Change Management
