Responsibilities
Reduces production bottle necks on manufacturing product line
Address and correct workflow issues
Learns all positions and fills in as needed
Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions
Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Assists supervisor in the operation of an area of a department
Ensures continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks in the area
Fills in positions as needed
Identifies part/resource shortages and finds solutions
Facilitates implementation of Lean Manufacturing processes
Requests non-personnel related assistance of other departments
Completes work orders and requests engineering and SFA assistance
Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line
Addresses and corrects workflow issues
Learns all positions and fills in as needed
Communicates situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate
