Develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and profitability
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team
Collaborate with marketing and finance to align operational initiatives with business goals
Monitor key performance indicators to assess operational success
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance
Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Director or Vice-President in operations, preferably in the QSR or hospitality industry
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentorship
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and improve efficiency
Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
