Responsibilities
Analyze, evaluate, and test products and their related performance
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimal time
Install upgrades ensuring synchronizing engineering field changes
Maintain effective customer communications and relations
Provide on-site and virtual training of customer personnel
Qualification
Required
Experience in analyzing and evaluating products and related performance, comprehending, analyzing complete problems, and developing solutions
Experience conducting product briefings effectively with customer
Experience working with established processes and procedures
Ability to train, assign, and check work for other technicians
Experience working with technical teams to accomplish time critical tasks/events
Experience with training development and training execution
The ability to maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
High School diploma or equivalent and 2 year's additional education in electronics repair and/or related experience
Perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on equipment, integrated systems, subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations
Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions and affect repair
Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment
Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to travel domestically and internationally 15% of the time
