Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain workflows across GTM systems (CRM, marketing automation, CS, billing)
Build scalable automations using tools like Workato, Zapier, Make, n8n, or native APIs. Optimize routing, enrichment, signaling, and lifecycle logic
Create AI-powered automations, copilots, and agents to support Sales, CS, and Marketing
Identify high-impact processes for AI and build LLM-based tools using APIs, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks
Implement advanced CRM logic (custom objects, validation, scoring, triggers, flows)
Support scalable design decisions and maintain documentation and technical specs
Build and manage data pipelines across GTM systems and the warehouse
Improve data hygiene through automated monitoring and ensure integrations follow reliability/observability best practices
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Partner with Sales/CS/Marketing to identify workflow gaps. Lead projects from design to deployment and collaborate with RevOps to ensure clear metrics and reporting
Qualification
Required
3+ years in RevOps engineering, systems engineering, sales/marketing ops engineering, or similar technical roles
Strong experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is ideal)
Hands-on experience with automation/integration platforms (Workato, Zapier, n8n, tray.io, Make or similar)
Solid API skills (REST APIs, JSON parsing, webhook logic)
Ability to design reliable, scalable workflow architectures
Understanding of GTM processes (lead lifecycle, pipeline stages, opportunity management, account hierarchy, etc.)
Experience with SQL or basic scripting
Preferred
Background in data engineering or ETL tools
Experience with event-driven architectures
Understanding of Sales/CS playbooks and GTM motions
Exposure to product-led or usage-based business models
Experience in SaaS or B2B tech companies
