Responsibilities

Facilitate team stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint refinement, PI planning, and retrospectives

Ensure the team follows Agile practices and principles

Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress

Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment

Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and prioritize work

Monitor and report on team performance and progress

Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices

Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Work with partner Scrum teams and corporate resources to ensure dependencies are met to maximize team efficiencies
