Work with customers to design and build customized prompts, playbooks, and workflows that are tailored to their practice and organization

Work with customer teams to ensure effective implementation and adoption of these custom solutions

Collaborate with Harvey’s research and customer success teams to ensure these initiatives produce measurable improvements in quality and productivity
