Manage warehouse inventory, cycle counts, and material handling
Oversee standardized truck stock programs and weekly bin exchanges
Handle procurement: source, order, and track delivery of materials, parts, and equipment
Stage and kit special order items to ensure job readiness
Maintain vendor partnerships to secure reliable supply and favorable pricing
Track small tool inventory, specialty equipment, and fleet maintenance schedules
Record inventory transactions and generate reports in ServiceTitan or related systems
Qualification
Required
2+ years in inventory control, warehouse operations, procurement, supply chain, or logistics
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented self-starter
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in shop or warehouse environments
Experience with ServiceTitan or related systems
Preferred
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or construction
