Loyalty & Retention Marketing Manager

The Loyalty & Retention Marketing Manager will develop marketing programs to enhance customer value and drive loyalty, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure successful implementation and performance measurement.

Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the Medius customer lifecycle including what key customer personas need and want post purchase
Create a global, integrated marketing plan that drives customer adoption and optimization for key customer personas
Develop and execute high-impact marketing programs from concept development to campaign deployment, including managing agency relationships and budget
Develop case studies and feed sales reference process as part of loyalty program
Track analytical campaign performance and reporting to measure and report on the results and ROI of all campaigns, effectively communicating to stakeholders in the business
Work with field marketing teams to understand unique market needs, drive program execution and facilitate best practice sharing
Collaborate with the Digital Team to develop content for the customer center and other customer content for Medius corporate web sites and the qualified chatbot
Build relationships at all levels across Marketing and customer success teams
Provide input to marketing automation systems capabilities, data needs and related processes to improve agility and time to market of lifecycle campaigns
Serve as an internal evangelist for our customers
Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies
Qualification
Required
B.A. or B.S. in marketing, marketing communications, advertising, business or related degree
7+ years marketing, marketing communications, advertising or related experience; SaaS experience a plus
Experience developing and executing successful marketing plans to drive customer loyalty and retention
Love analyzing information, determining a path forward and implementing impactful initiatives to improve the business
Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Marketo/Eloqua), analytics and business insight tools (Domo/PowerBI/Tableau)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred
Experience working in international marketing is highly desirable
Previous experience with Accounts Payable automation, electronic payments, source to contract (S2C) and procurement software solutions (sourcing, contract management, supplier information management, procurement), and expense management solutions preferred
