As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will work closely with prospects to understand their needs and demonstrate how Coveo's solutions can meet those needs, while also guiding them through the technical evaluation process.

Responsibilities

Guide prospective customers in understanding, comparing, and evaluating Coveo’s Service & Knowledge solutions to support confident buying decisions

Conduct deep technical discovery to assess fit, capture requirements, uncover risks, and respond to technical and security-related questions throughout the evaluation

Build and deliver tailored demos that highlight relevant capabilities, differentiators, and clear business value in competitive environments

Lead technical components of Proofs of Concept and serve as the technical owner for RFIs/RFPs, collaborating cross-functionally to position Coveo for success

Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on AI-powered digital transformation and aligning our capabilities with long-term customer outcomes

Build durable, trust-based relationships with stakeholders while representing Coveo at select events, conferences, and industry engagements

Required

6+ years of experience as a Presales professional (Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant) with strong demo, POC, and competitive positioning practices

Experience supporting CX, customer service, support, or knowledge management use cases

Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, and search-related models (query suggestions, generative answering, etc.)

Programming familiarity (Python, JavaScript) and experience working with APIs (e.g., Postman)

Ability to navigate medium and large enterprises with ease — stakeholders, processes, and decision structures

A consultative mindset backed by excellent storytelling and technical communication skills

Experience representing the voice of the customer to product teams

Located in the state of Texas, and comfortable with travel up to 30–50%
