MOHR Talent is a leading wealth and investment organization seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join its Alternative Investments & Product Due Diligence team. This role involves deep research into private markets and influencing firmwide investment decisions.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Evaluate private equity, private credit, real estate, and hedge fund strategies
Build performance, benchmarking, and risk models
Prepare research reports & recommendations for the Investment Committee
Support ongoing monitoring of approved funds and platform offerings
Present insights to senior leadership and advisor partners
Partner with product, compliance, and portfolio strategy teams

Qualification

Investment researchAnalytical skillsModeling skillsFund structures knowledgeCFA/CAIA certificationPrivate markets experienceCommunication skillsPresentation skills

Required

3+ years in investment research, manager due diligence, asset management, or private markets
Strong understanding of fund structures, fees, return drivers, and risk
Advanced analytical and modeling skills (Excel, Bloomberg, FactSet, PitchBook)
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred

CFA/CAIA preferred
CFP® professionals with strong product knowledge encouraged
