The Data System Associate Intern will play a crucial role in preparing data for a new partner and data management system, organizing historic data, and analyzing trends to enhance the center's operations and partnerships.

Banking

Responsibilities

Prepare, clean, and organize historic data for upload into Avila’s selected CRM (such as Salesforce)
Support the setup of a partner database by entering data, tagging records, and ensuring consistency across systems
Analyze historic booking and partner data to identify trends in mission alignment, engagement, and booking behavior
Assist in mapping relationships across 150+ partner organizations to surface networks, clusters, and opportunities for impact
Create simple data visualizations, summaries, or prototype dashboards that help communicate insights to staff and partners
Surface early recommendations, grounded in data, that can strengthen Avila’s operations and mission-driven partnerships
