Responsibilities
Engage in high-impact projects that address real-world challenges, providing you with a consulting-like experience
Be accountable for driving results and seeing strategies through to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable outcomes
Taking advantage of initial and ongoing training opportunities and exposure to senior leadership, while positioning yourself for a potential career at 3M
Supporting the annual strategic planning process in partnership with business groups and corporate functions
Creating clear, compelling presentations and reports with insights on strategic direction for senior leadership
Evaluating market attractiveness by conducting external research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across key industries and geographies
Analyzing data and assessing strategic moves, capabilities, and positioning of key players to identify insights for strategic decision-making
Assisting with content creation and logistics for executive-level meetings and conferences
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree, or higher, from an accredited institution
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
Preferred
Previously obtained a Bachelor's degree, or higher, from an accredited institution
Completed a minimum of one semester by the start of the internship
Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
Completion of two of the required classes in the major, minor or concentration
