Account Manager - Engineered Polymers

Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing accounts in medical and industrial TPU markets
Develop and execute account strategies and manage key customer programs
Build, manage, and close a strong pipeline of opportunities at existing and new accounts
Own distributor relationships and performance in Mexico
Educate clients on industry trends through presentations and training
Build deep relationships across customer organizations and monitor competitive activity
Recommend product mix, pricing, sourcing, and supply improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize new business opportunities
Provide guidance and mentorship to sales interns
Maintain extensive face-to-face engagement with customers

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required
Proven track record as a true hunter, consistently driving new business development and aggressively pursuing opportunities to expand market share
Minimum 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in technical or engineering environments
Proven success in B2B sales with strong relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage global accounts and distributor relationships
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%)

Preferred

Knowledge of technical/engineering sales processes preferred
Preferred experience in polymers, chemicals, or medical device markets
