Revpanda Group is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee and strengthen compliance operations across tier-1 iGaming markets. The successful candidate will ensure the company’s full adherence to applicable licensing, AML, KYC, and responsible gaming requirements while collaborating with internal stakeholders and engaging with regulators.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with gambling regulations, license conditions, and certification requirements across all tier-1 markets

Support license applications, renewals, audits, and other regulatory submissions for assigned jurisdictions

Monitor regulatory developments, assess compliance risks, and implement required changes to maintain full conformity

Conduct compliance gap analyses and advise internal teams on corrective actions and implementation of regulatory requirements

Oversee adherence to AML, KYC, KYB, and fraud prevention obligations in line with jurisdictional standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance considerations into product design, technology, and business operations

Serve as a key liaison with regulatory authorities and external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate communication

Required

Proven 2 yrs + experience in regulatory compliance within the iGaming industry, ideally across multiple tier-1 markets

Strong knowledge of European and international gambling legislation and regulatory frameworks

Demonstrated ability to manage multi-jurisdictional compliance programs and communicate effectively with regulators

Deep understanding of AML, KYC, responsible gambling, and player protection requirements

Excellent command of English (additional Tier-1 market languages knowledge is an advantage)

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across teams
