Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing email marketing team
Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, Creative, and Engineering to drive channel innovation
Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, development, testing, and deployment
Implement robust A/B and multivariate testing programs to continuously improve performance
Architect and implement sophisticated segmentation, personalization, and targeting strategies
Design and optimize automated email programs including lifecycle campaigns, triggered messaging, and nurture flows
Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and recommendations
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track channel health and business impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Eight (8) years of email marketing experience
Three (3) years of leadership experience
Experience with marketing automation platforms
Proven track record of scaling email programs that drive significant revenue
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver results across different business objectives
Strong technical skills including HTML/CSS for email, email deliverability best practices, and marketing automation architecture
Preferred
Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or equivalent certification
Proficiency in SMS platforms
Experience in healthcare marketing or other regulated industries
