Responsibilities

Join one of the nation’s fastest-growing real estate brokerages
Handle bank-owned properties, short sales, foreclosure listings and asset manager relationships
Provide direct access to institutional clients, asset managers and REO listing assignments
Utilize one of the industry’s top CRM systems to track BPOs, deadlines and contacts records
Ensure compliance and transaction management support for REO files
Receive training and systems tailored for REO success
Experience streamlined onboarding with some of the nation’s largest asset management companies
Leverage national brand recognition and full backend support
Explore revenue share and team-building opportunities

Qualification

Required

Holds an active real estate license
Detail-oriented, responsive and task-driven
Skilled at managing multiple files and coordinating property maintenance
